We believe that managing expectations both ways is the key to any service bought or sold. From the very beginning, Blades of Green president Mark Leahy was very direct and professional. It was obvious Mark knew horticulture, landscaping, brick pavers and the like. He offered many recommendations of what works best in our area. However , what was really important to us was his listening skills. Mark patiently assessed all our ideas and contributed new ones for us to ponder. This is exactly what we were looking for. During our first meeting Mark even neatly removed a couple of over grown bushes that were crowding our front entrance. We have been a satisfied customer for several years now and every season we look forward to working with Blades of Green on various projects, large and small. We are delighted with the results and value for the money and that is what service is all about.
