We use Sustane Natural Fertilizer of America products as a part of our Organic Program. Sustane granulated slow release fertilizers replenish the soil with a rich supply of humus and the essential nutrients required for long term soil building and plant growth. Both primary and secondary food sources in Sustane products are derived from aerobically composted turkey litter, ammonium sulfate. ferrous sulfate, hydrolyzed feathermeal and sulfate of potash.

1. Spring: We apply a balanced low phosphorus slow-release organic fertilizer for controlled spring green-up.
2. Late Spring: We apply a balanced low phosphorus slow-release organic fertilizer to maintain good turf color and growth.
3. Summer: We apply a balanced low phosphorus slow release organic fertilizer for extended nutrient release with 2% Iron for optimum color. Contains sulfate of potash for improved plant response during periods of heat and stress in hot Summer months.
4. Fall: We apply a balanced slow-release organic fertilizer for extended nutrient release to maintain good turf color with higher phosphorus to promote seed germination, root development and growth as well as plant establishment.
5. Late Fall: We apply a balanced low phosphorus slow-release organic fertilizer for extended color through winter months. Late fall fertilizer provides essential nutrients needed to feed turf through winter months.
